Mass Academy received a safe driving presentation
Long commutes across the entire state of Massachusetts are one of the unique things about Mass Academy. Given this, it is unsurprising that the Massachusetts State Police chose Mass Academy as a school community in need for the ThinkFast Driver Safety presentation. On Monday, March 13th, ThinkFast hosted a game show style presentation for all Mass Academy juniors. Students received remotes and worked in a team to answer driving safety questions and general trivia.
The brickyard was transformed, with a DJ playing music, a decorative background display, and jeopardy style podiums fit with buzzers and point-counters. The host distributed remotes, which allow you to score points. In teams, students worked together to answer questions about driving safety and other general trivia.
“It was really high energy and the music was really loud,” said junior Omar El Nesr.
In the end, four teams competed at the podiums for points. After the students competed, the teachers tried their hand at the game.
The ThinkFast Safe Driving presentation was an exciting way for Mass Academy students to freshen up their safe driving knowledge and have some fun.
